1. Agreement
By installing or using Tasuke AI ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, it governs.
2. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, rent or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. What the free version includes
The free version gives you one capture per calendar day — a spoken note or a task you type — and unlimited reminders, search and history. The counter resets at midnight in your device's local time. A capture that fails — silence, or speech the model could not transcribe — does not count against it.
We may change the free allowance in a future version. A change of that kind applies to the version that introduces it; it cannot be applied retroactively to a version already on your device.
4. Tasuke Pro
Tasuke Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the daily capture limit.

Prices shown in the app are the store's own prices in your local currency and may differ from the figures above.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue them.
- If a renewal payment fails, your store may place the subscription in a grace period. Pro features remain available during it.
5. Your content
The tasks, transcripts and reminders you create are yours.
⚠️ They are stored only on your device. We do not have a copy, and we cannot recover anything for you. If you lose your device, uninstall the app, or delete your data from Settings, that data is gone. Your device's own encrypted backup (iCloud or Google) is the only thing that can restore it, and only if you have it switched on.
6. What the app does, and what it cannot promise
Tasuke AI interprets speech on your device, with a speech-recognition model and a set of rules. Like any automatic interpretation, it is sometimes wrong: it may mishear a word, split one task into two, miss a date, or read "Friday" as the wrong Friday.
This is why the app shows you every extracted task on a confirmation screen before it saves anything. Check it. Do not rely on Tasuke AI as the only record of something that matters.
Reminders are delivered by your operating system. Battery optimisation, Do Not Disturb, a denied notification permission, a refused exact-alarm permission, a powered-off device or an aggressive power-saving mode can all delay or suppress a notification. Tasuke AI is not a safety-critical alerting system and must not be used as one.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or with the store's billing.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its interpretation of your speech will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or missed obligations, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
This licence ends if you stop complying with these terms, and it ends whenever you uninstall the app.
11. Changes
These terms ship inside the app. A new version of the app may carry updated terms, with a new date at the top. Continuing to use that version means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
